User Token
A user token is a miniaturized computing plattform with onboard sensors and processing unit as well as wireless communication capabilities, carried by a user. It provides personal information to the system while respecting the user's privacy by providing full control over the token's content: the user can decide which information to share with the system and which information to keep private.
We have developed a tokenized interaction platform for token-to-infrastructure and ad-hoc token-to-token communication suitable for various application scenarios. With onboard sensors and buttons explicit as well as implicit interaction methods can be implemented; with its embedded storage information can be stored and shared with the system or other tokens in proximity.
